1. Object and field of application
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter “CGV”) cancel and replace the previous versions.
The CGV aims to governing:
During the validation of the order, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood and approved these general conditions of sale, without any reserve. In the event of disagreement with the GTC, the customer refrains from placing an order via the site.
The seller reserves the right to modify the GTC, at any time and without notice, by publishing a new version of the GTC on the site. Any order placed by the Customer, after the publication of a new version of the GTC, applies acceptance of this new version.
2. Products
2.1. The products offered on the site by the seller are selected for their quality and carefully chosen from Swiss and European suppliers.
The seller reserves the right to modify the assortment of products according to in particular constraints linked to its supply.
2.2. The photographs of the products appearing on the site are not contractual, the colors that can vary according to the light. They are only presented as an indication and in order to promote the products.
2.3. Each product is accompanied by a description on the site. It is up to the buyer to check the size of the textiles ordered according to the indicative table when placing an order. The customer can contact the seller at any time by email to obtain additional information.
2.4. The seller cannot be held responsible in the event of allergy to the components or materials used in his products, it is up to the customer to learn beforehand.
2.5. The products are offered for online sale within the limits of available stocks, or subject to the possibility of pre-ordering them if necessary. A manufacturing time of approximately 2 weeks is applicable for pre-order items.
In the event of unavailability of the product after placing the order, the seller will inform the buyer by email. Its order will be automatically canceled and no flow will be made.

During a first order on the site, the Customer can if he wishes to create an account and then fill out the order form put online. The creation of an account is not compulsory to place an order. As part of his order, the Customer is invited to provide his contact details for delivery and billing. He must fill out all the fields marked as compulsory in the form provided for this purpose. Orders that do not include all the required information cannot be validated. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data he provides for the smooth running of the transaction.
4. Right of return - Defects
The customer is required to check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude vices of manifest material and manufacturing, as well as damage due to transport. A/ Right of return
Please note, this right of retraction does not apply to personalized and tailor -made or exclusive/ended products. These products cannot therefore be reimbursed.
In the event of non-convenience, the seller concedes to the Customer the right to return, at his expense, the goods ordered within 7 working days, from the date of delivery.
5. Payment price and methods
5.1. Price
The prices indicated on the site are fixed in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included, according to the rates in force. The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Only proof of the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by email to the customer. The prices indicated in CHF on the site are only valid on Swiss territory.
Prices do not include the delivery costs applicable to the delivery of the products, invoiced in addition to the price of these. The amount of the applicable delivery costs will be indicated before validation of the order by the buyer.
In the event of sending abroad, the customer can contact the seller by e-mail. In this case, the price of the items will be recalculated according to the currency of the country of the customer and the shipping costs will be calculated according to his place of residence. Customs, VAT and other import taxes are likely to be invoiced directly by the authorities of his country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of delivery failure due to an erroneous or incomplete address provided by the buyer, additional costs may be charged to him
5.2. Payment method
The entire price of products is due to order.
Payment can be made online by bank card, through the online secure payment service indicated on the site, or by any other means that will be offered on the site at the time of the order.
The order will be sent to the Customer only if the payment has been made. In the event of a bank transfer, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the payment is not made within 10 days.
6. Delivery and shipping costs
6.1. The seller provides the shipment of the items sold through the website on Swiss territory to the address indicated by the customer during the order process. Excluding delivery time and upon receipt of payment, the order is generally processed within 1 to 5 working days for articles in stock and 10 to 15 working days for items under order. Transport is provided by the Swiss post office SA, below as the carrier. Shipping costs are lump sum. An overall amount is indicated in the order confirmation.
6.2. The seller declines all responsibility for the delivery and delivery of the goods by the carrier or if the contact details transmitted by the customer are inaccurate. Indeed, the risks linked to the sending of the goods are transferred to the Customer as soon as it is given to the carrier by the seller.
6.3. The aforementioned delivery times and guarantees are of a purely indicative and non -contractual nature. If the customer is mistaken in the address, refuses the package sent to him, or cannot receive it for any other reason, all the costs generated to recover the goods and send him his order will be invoiced and payable in advance.
6.4. The withdrawals of the order from the workshop-boutique Le Point Virgule à la Grand-Rue 34, 1890 St-Maurice are free and planned depending on the availability of the seller.
7. Guarantee
Only incomplete articles or with material and manufacturing defects will be exchanged, under certain conditions (see right of return). The warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the product, damage caused accidentally, as well as those occurring during incorrect use or due to non-compliance with the user manual.
8. Responsibility
The seller cannot guarantee the absence of a possible technical dysfunction of the site and its links. Consequently, the seller emerges from any responsibility with regard to direct or indirect damage which may result from the installation of software allowing the consultation of the site or following errors of transmission, technical breakdowns, overloads or interruptions of communications.
9. Intellectual property
The contents of all kinds (texts, images, visuals, music, logos, brands, database, etc.) operated by the seller within the site are protected by all intellectual property rights or rights of the producers of databases in force. All disassembly, decompulations, decrypts, extractions, reuses, copies and more generally, all reproductive acts, representation, dissemination and use of any of these elements, in whole or in part, without the authorization of the seller are strictly prohibited and may be the subject of legal proceedings.
10. Data protection
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies within the framework of order management.
11. Applicable and legal law
The applicable law is Swiss law. Any dispute will be processed by the district court of St-Maurice/Valais.
